Create your own Philips Hue system with the Philips Hue bridge. The Philips Hue bridge is compatible with Apple Home kit technology. Ask Siri to turn on or dim your lights or recall presets without touching a single button. Note: There should be 3 lights, and one big circle light appearing on the bridge when fully connected. If only two lights are showing on the top of the bridge, it means that the consumer has not connected with their Hue App. Please ensure that you have connected to the Hue Bridge and that it is in the correct ethernet port.

Please note the following advice:

 

1)Installation must be made ensuring a completely flat level surface.

 If your surface is not level the unit may appear to lift in one edge when installed and create a small trip ledge - If this occurs, rectify the floor level or pack the unit up at the affected point until the inner frame containing the glass sits flush within the outer frame.

2) The system is designed with gas-struts that assist opening and closing the unit.

The lid is not designed to open or close on its own and will always require manual assistance in both operating directions. NEVER LET GO OF THE HANDLE WHEN LOWERING / CLOSING THE LID UNTIL THE LID IS FULLY SEATED.

3) Always operate the unit with the lifting handle provided.

4) When closing the lid, always stand clear of the opening at all times to avoid injury. Keep feet away from the edge and hands away from the gap. Be aware of children and pets in the area.

5) Do not under any circumstances attempt to adjust the gas- strut. These gas- struts are set individually on each unit in the factory to work optimally for both opening and closing functions. Locking lid gas-struts are set to slightly open the lid once the lock is released.

6) To avoid scratching the glass, always remove any outdoor shoes before walking over the unit.

7) Always avoid placing and concentrated pressure on the glass in any one area – for example a chair leg.

8) To be operated by adults only and locked when not in use.
